A “Pre-order” identifies items currently out of stock, with the expectation that they will be available on or near the dispatch date stated on the website’s product listing. Pricing Structure

The prices specified on our website are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). The listed prices may fluctuate without necessitating prior notice. However, prices are fixed once an order is confirmed. By placing an order, you commit to pay the relevant delivery cost, as computed during the checkout process on our website or as determined by a team member in our stores.


Order Placement

An order can be initiated by finalizing the checkout process on our website, by phone conversation with a team member, by submitting order details at our physical locations, or by email correspondence with a team member. Upon placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected Product/s, in accordance with this Agreement. An order is considered received by our company once we have transmitted an order confirmation to your provided email address. It is incumbent upon you to ensure the accuracy of the contact details you provide and to monitor your email inbox and voicemail for our communications. We reserve the prerogative to reject or annul any order prior to the dispatch of goods. Should an order be unfulfillable due to insufficient stock, we will propose delivery when the item is replenished or offer a full refund.


Payment Methods

We accept payment for orders via direct deposit, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, and cash. We also provide financing options through humm (formerly Certegy Ezi-Pay), Payright, or zipMoney. Upon placing an order through our website, the payment is processed instantly, inclusive of pre-order products. If the payment is not received for any reason, we may reach out to you for transaction processing or to verify any details.


Product Ownership and Delivery

Please note that we do not dispatch massage chairs to PO Box addresses. For areas beyond our specified range, a courier chosen by us will deliver the Goods during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise arranged. In instances where a customer decides to cancel their order post-dispatch, the cancellation approval rests at the discretion of our company, with the customer liable for any costs related to return and redirection. Deliveries executed by third-party carriers extend to the front door or ground level garage only, excluding assembly, placement, packaging removal, elevator usage, stair climbing, or indoor delivery. The customer is responsible for transporting the purchased goods from the door or garage into buildings or residences.


Refund Assurance

We offer refunds within a 60-day window post-delivery for transactions executed through our online store or via phone, in instances where customers are unable to examine the Good/s prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued beyond 60 days from the purchase date. Customers must adhere to all instructions from Olympia Massage Chairs to enable the return of any Goods. Returned Goods must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale as a discounted demo model, with no visible writing or markings on the packaging. Only stickers bearing delivery information may be used. The refund covers the cost of the product alone, with the expense of replacing any damaged components subtracted from the refund total. The cost of returning the Good/s to Olympia Massage Chairs.

Delivery and installation charges from Olympia Massage Chairs. In the case of purchases offering free delivery and/or installation, charges will be equal to the actual costs incurred for delivering and/or installing the item.

Should a delivery be refused or an order cancelled post-dispatch, the situation will be managed in accordance with the terms of the Money Back Guarantee policy. The refund process will commence once all return conditions have been met, and Olympia Massage Chairs has received the returned product.


Warranty Provisions

Our company provides a 5 year Platinum Warranty for all massage chair products, while massager products are covered by a 1 Warranty. We warrant all of our goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period under normal usage conditions. Our obligation under this warranty is to replace, repair, or wholly replace any product or part free of charge to the customer. The warranty coverage does not extend to:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper placement, or abnormal usage.
  • Indirect or consequential loss.
  • Modified products or those that have not been adequately maintained.
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic flaws.
  • Damage exclusive to the delivery packaging.
  • Damage incurred due to events like floods, fire, accidents, or damage caused by pests, pets, or rodents.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, we commit to repairing the faulty product or replacing it in accordance with the Platinum Warranty provided by our company. When customers have purchased an Extended Warranty, that warranty duration supersedes the original warranty period. Customers seeking service under our warranty must cooperate with our requests for additional details, proof of purchase, customer investigation of the product, and provision of photos or videos as needed. This enables the arrangement and execution of spare parts provision and/or repair and/or replacement solutions, leading to an appropriate resolution. Customers requesting service outside of the warranty period acknowledge the incurrence of charges for labour and parts. Our product warranties are upheld under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure, you have the right to a refund or replacement. We regard major failure as faults that are irreparable. If the failure is minor, our liability under this warranty is to replace, repair, or entirely replace any product or part covered by the warranty at our discretion, free of charge to the customer. Warranties are non-transferable to other individuals or products.


zipMoney Terms

zipMoney services are available only to approved applicants. Mandatory minimum monthly payments are stipulated. No initial deposit is required. A 12-month interest-free period is provided for purchases ranging from 0 - $3,000, and a 24-month interest-free period for purchases between $3,000 - $5,000. The maximum borrowing limit is $5,000. Upon conclusion of the interest-free period, the standard annual percentage rate will be applied. Account establishment fees may apply and will contribute to the outstanding balance. A $6 monthly admin fee applies to accounts with pending balances. Lending criteria, terms, conditions, fees, and charges are applicable and available upon application. humm Terms

humm services are available only to approved applicants. Mandatory minimum monthly payments are stipulated. A 0% deposit is generally required, but in some instances, humm may require a higher deposit. An interest-free period of up to 30 months is provided, after which the standard annual percentage rate applies. The maximum borrowing limit is $10,000. An account establishment fee of $90 is applicable and will contribute to the outstanding balance. An $8 monthly account keeping fee applies for the duration the account remains open. Fees, terms, conditions, minimum amounts, and exclusions are applicable and available upon application. The payment plan is provided by humm BNPL Pty Limited. Payright Terms

Payright services are available only to approved applicants. Mandatory minimum fortnightly or monthly repayments apply. A minimum 5% deposit is required. An interest-free period is provided for the entire payment plan, up to 30 months. The maximum borrowing limit is $10,000. An account establishment fee of $59.90 applies and will contribute to the outstanding balance. A monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 is applicable, as well as a $2.95 payment processing fee for each repayment processed. Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property present in any Material on our website or marketing collateral in our stores is the sole property of our company. Unauthorized adaptation, display, distribution, performance, modification, or reproduction of any part of the Material on this website or in our stores is strictly prohibited.


Indemnity Agreement

As a user, you consent to indemnify our company, holding it harmless from any claims, taxes, expenses, loss, liability, and/or damage that may be incurred in connection with your use of our website and the utilization of any of our company’s products outside the specifications provided by the manufacturers, which are included in the product manuals.
