OLYMPIA AND NDIS
If you are a participant in the NDIS, you may be eligible to have the cost of an Olympia massage chair included in your NDIS plan. Olympia Massage Chairs fall under the category of “Assistive Technology,” designed to aid people with disabilities in performing functions that might otherwise be difficult or impossible.
Our massage chairs can provide numerous therapeutic benefits, such as improving circulation, reducing muscle tension, enhancing relaxation, and aiding in stress and pain relief. These benefits align well with the goals of NDIS, making it possible for our chairs to be funded under the scheme.
HOW IT WORKS
Plan Managed or NDIA Managed: If your plan is managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or is Plan Managed, you will need to obtain a quote from us. You can then provide this quote to your plan manager or the NDIA for approval.
Self-Managed: If you are self-managing your NDIS plan, you can purchase the massage chair and claim the expense through the NDIS portal.
In both cases, we recommend you consult with your healthcare professional or occupational therapist who can assist in determining the suitability and potential benefits of a massage chair in relation to your individual needs.
